The Cosmetic Office of Dr. Platt in Redlands, California, is the realization of Katrina Platt's, DO, dream to bring together medicine and cosmetic practice. Along with her staff, Dr. Platt gives patients a more youthful, improved appearance without surgery. The clinic is a Cutera referral practice, offering a variety of XEO laser treatments.

Dr. Platt and her staff also devote a certain percentage of the practice to pilot exams. Dr. Platt serves as a designated aviation medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), providing exams for airmen and air traffic controllers. She can also coordinate special issuance medical certificates and substance abuse programs for pilots.
