Tim realized this was not correct and came out a second time to fix my actual unit. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he fixed my AC for a very fair price without ever trying to get me to replace it. Tim is a Veteran who served our country and he is still doing so! I reached Tim at Sentry and explained the problem, he said he could take care if it within the hour. He was at my house in an hour and very courteous, professional and kind. He had my problem resolved in a few minutes and went beyond the job and cleaned my furnace at no additional charge. I not only would recommend Sentry but you should make it your first call!
