Being a South Florida native, Tammy specializes in South Florida real estate. She has observed the growth in Palm Beach County the past 30 yrs. having been involved in the planning and development of communities such as Boca Greens, Boca Chase, Boca Isles North and South, Binks Forest, Lakefield, Lacuna, Lucerne and Westchester communities, Aero Club and Hammock Creek, to name a few, she is thoroughly knowledgeable about these and other communities.

As a key member of the senior development team for Lennar Homes, Inc. for more than 10 years. As Division Administrator, she played a major role in planning, sales, development, and administration of operations for all of Lennar's Palm Beach County new home communities. Some of her successful communities are Boca Isles North, Boca Isles South, Boca Chase, Boca Greens, Binks Forest, Lakefield, Meadowland Cove, Aero Club, Hammock Creek, Las Verdes, Lakes of Delray, Waterways, Westchester, Boynton Lakes, Lucerne Point, Lucerne Greens, and Lacuna.

Tammy then went on to lead the financial management of Lennar's South Florida Land Development operations covering Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. She developed Lennar Success University (LSU), Lennar's personal & professional Development training program, Ms. McDonald is a nationally acclaimed speaker, trainer, and coach who helps others achieve their dreams.

She has successfully assisted hundreds of Buyers, Sellers and Renters since the last '90s from first-time homebuyers to move up buyers, second home and luxury home sales, commercial and vacant land sales.
