Professional Post Construction Cleaning: Our cleaning technicians are properly trained and certified in cleaning all types of construction areas. We use "ProTeam" Hepa Filter Vacuum cleaners that have 4 levels of filtration to contain all of the sand and sheet rock dust in the tank. Our cleaning chemicals are hospital grade chemicals that leave all surfaces sanitized and ready for use.
Professional Floor Care: Stripping and Waxing VCT floors is our specialty. Our floor care technicians understand that in order to give a clean and shiny showroom appearance it all starts from the beginning by prepping the floors properly. We use a 4 step technique to get the floors clean and neutralized to adhere to the wax application. A very high quality Spartan Wax is professionally applied to give the durability and shine that is expected by the customer.
Professional Warehouse Cleaning: Our cleaning technicians have cleaned warehouses 500 sq ft to 800,000 sq ft. They have removed and cleaned various substances off of warehouse floors. From basic sheet rock dust and sand to soaked oil and grease .The special chemicals we use absorb and penetrate deep into the pores of the cement to help remove just about anything from the surface. Our cleaning specialists use top of the line heavy duty ride-on floor scrubbers.
