"We picked Skope Inspections because Nick is ASHI certified and there aren't many reviews of home inspectors online so we wanted to be sure we hired someone who knew what they were doing. We did the Skope Inspection Package that included everything but water testing (house has city water) because we wanted something comprehensive, and the price was more than fair compared to other inspectors in the area. Nick was AMAZING! He took his time and told us what things were larger safety issues and things that were just cosmetic and could wait. He typed up the report on site so we left with a hard copy and an electronic copy already emailed to us. He answered all of our questions (and we're first-time home buyers so there were a lot) and gave us really sound advice about our home. I would definitely recommend him for anyone buying a house in NWI and will use him for any future home inspection needs! Thanks Nick!"

" I have use this company for several years now and have to say it is one of the best companies I've had to do repair work at my restaurant very few if any callbacks and the owner is very fair and understanding to the needs of the restaurant and if you call them they will ask what type of equipment needs you have model number serial number if you can give it to them and they will try and diagnose what parts they will need over the phone so when they come to the restaurant they are fully prepared . You will put them at the top of your vendors list want to use them "
