Can then word with me on implementing the drawings to make the building a net zero building in February 2019 we will reach that goal. We could not have accomplish this without his knowledge and foresight. I have now hired Ken to manage the optimization of our building, to further save on energy. IBEW local 58 was just awarded the Governor’s award for energy excellence as well as a 2030 Detroit green energy award."
