About Tyree Inc.

After Windell and Zerah Tyree started their property management business in 1966, they started to notice that certain repair parts were difficult to find. That's what inspired them to start Tyree Inc., which sells common and hard-to-find household repair parts in addition to renting and selling residential and manufactured homes in the Columbia, MO, area.

Whether you are a landlord or a homeowner who likes to do their own repairs, it's often hard to find the right part for the task at hand. Tyree Inc. has a vast inventory of household, RV, and trailer repair parts as well as decades of experience building relationships with residents and businesses in the area. They recently opened an online hardware store, where you can find plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts, among others. If you don't see the part you need online, call the store to see of they have it in stock.

Looking for a place to live? Tyree Inc. manages listings for both houses for rent and properties for sale. They also manage rental properties, and you can submit tenant maintenance requests online if you need repair work done.
