"Two years ago we hired Mike to install split duct A/C on one side of our house. To make things difficult, I didn't want the inside unit mounted on the wall, but it needed to go 3' away, across a ceiling beam, then mounted to the top of a large custom built-in headboard. Additionally, he had to install the condenser unit on a steep 60-degree sloped roof...in the rain. He never flinched, never complained, I think he actually enjoyed the challenge. We've hired him to come back this month and do the other side of the house. It will be much less challenging and hopefully he'll have nice weather. "
