"First and foremost, I just want to say thank you. I can’t say thank you enough, for the quick service and friendly staff. I had accidentally gone into a “do not enter” ramp and when I went to back out my car stalled out, needless to say I was panicked. I was stuck in the middle of the road, and couldn’t even get my car off to the side. And it was also pitch black out. The driver arrived within minutes of hearing of my incident, he was extremely friendly and helped me out every step of the way. Unfortunately I can’t recall the drivers name, but his service was phenomenal and I can’t say enough good things considering this time sensitive matter. Thank you a thousand times, and keep up the good work!! "

"Wow – what can I say about Joe Khreis and his team at DeCarlo’s? I looked for a few months in my home town of Hamilton, Ontario for a shop that would repaint my 1966 Chevrolet Impala. All I kept hearing was “I am not interested – I can do 5-6 insurance jobs in the time it would take to do your car.” Finally I came across the web page for DeCarlo’s. I called Joe and he spent a long time on the phone with me and asked me to send pictures. Then he said to give me a fair estimate he needed to see my car. So my daughter and I drove over (only an hour door to door from my home in Hamilton to his shop in Buffalo.) He and his team spent an hour going over it, inch by inch. He gave me a very fair estimate and was exceedingly polite to my daughter and I (as was everyone in the shop.) My 19 year old daughter who had been with me to some of the visits to local shops here in Hamilton urged me to give the business to Joe. Which I did. Joe promised to follow up regularly with pictures of his progress. And he was true to his word. He stayed in touch, asked me questions, sent pictures, made suggestions, etc. In the end I have the car of my dreams. It looks like it did – maybe even better than it did when it came down the line in Detroit in 1967. I had no issues at the border either. I paid HST on the value of the work down on my car. So – let me say. You will never find a better shop or better team to work on your car than DeCarlos! If you are from Canada, Joe’s shop is only 10 minutes from the Peace Bridge. "
