"Love it but don’t specify what A week and B week is for Recycling "

"I called Jeff in desperate need of snow removal from our driveway as the movers were scheduled to show up the following day and needed a clear path. Jeff answered right away and took care of the driveway the same day. My driveway was probably 10” deep!! He shoveled the walkway and my porch without me having to ask, allowing the movers 2 clear paths of entry. Threw some ice melt down as well. Reasonably priced, personable and gets back to you ASAP. I will call him when I’m ready to move forward with some landscaping. Thank you Jeff!!"

"Protor enterprise installed a new roof and added a dormer for us. They are very professional. Bob and the young men that did the work , were very polite. If I had a question Bob was there to answer it .We are very happy with this company. "

"I ordered crusher run from this location last November for a new driveway. It was quality stone and they delivered it in a timely manner and I will be ordering from here again."

"We had a complete kitchen renovation recently and Aaron has been taking care of our appliance service. Office staff are friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments. I appreciate technicians call when on the way over. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnosis the problem and he will follow through until resolved. Friendly and personable, it is a pleasure working with Aaron and Countywide team. I am most appreciative!"

"This was the 2nd consecutive year we’ve had Chris & YR perform a major landscaping project at our home. Both projects included installing approx 15 plants, weed barrier, 15 - 20 yards of rock (vs mulch), tree removal and other miscellaneous services. Both projects were performed timely, accurately, neatly & our yard was left as it started, with little to no signs of work having been performed (ie: he put down plywood to protect our lawn from the wheelbarrows running the heavy rock, due to the wet conditions this spring). Chris was attentive throughout our projects, gave us very good insights & advice in making our plant/rock selections & locating them, & he professionally accommodated our special (& sometimes “nuisance”) needs & requests. His prices are very reasonable & he & his crews were a very easy to work with. We look forward to having him work with us again, & he is now our “go to” company for any/all of our landscaping needs!!"

"Chris has been handling our taxes (both federal and state, sometimes two different states in the same year) since 2007, and the level of professionalism and service he brings to the task is beyond reproach. As carefully as I have reviewed his work, I have never had a question or found any clerical errors. I know we are by no means a large client, but he has always made us feel as if we are his only client. We can't recommend him highly enough."

"Jeff did a remodel of our kitchen, using JSI cabinets purchased from Cayuga Lumber. The project took just about 3 months which is apparently not unusual no matter who the contractor is. He came to our house every day and worked steadily through to completion, removing and recycling old cabinets and appliances, adding some cabinet trim, redoing plumbing and electrical, replacing a window, sanding and painting and all other aspects of the project other than the floor which was subcontracted to another company on Jeff's recommendation. In addition to general carpentry skills, which were superb, Jeff had a good eye for colors, symmetry, and other details that might otherwise have escaped us. When we ran into occasional hiccups with local vendors, he provided a calming perspective and sound advice on how to remedy situations. He was also attentive to issues related to dust management; putting up lots of cloths to contain dust as best as it could be done. We think one advantage was that Jeff is a one man show with no subcontractors have to coordinate with. Had we known ahead of time, we'd have just had him do the floor as well; we just didn't know he was so talented in so many areas. All things considered, we would hire Jeff again in a heartbeat. And if we were to do another kitchen, we would be sure to do it in the summer or early fall because the process really does leave you with no place to fix food in your home for a long time. Fortuitously, we started in late August and finished just before the snow started to fly; thus we were able to operate a small food prep site (microwave, countertop, fridge) in the garage and also barbecue outdoors frequently."
