"After our Gutters were wrecked by Ice dams pushing and ripping them down Twice in 5 years)we had Mike come and estimate replacement and install the snow brake plates on our metal roof he was able to come right out on Monday after our March 22nd Saturday call and determine the specifications and advised us he would be right out when the longest winter in recent memory had a break early in the 2nd week of April (way too much snow and high winds for safe workable conditions)His crew got to work first thing in the morning, we reviewed the plan and made slight alterations. Even though there was still a good deal of snow on the ground and roof,they completed work without any problems, then 2 days later we got hit with the last hefty snow storm of the season. The ice brakes held and did their job and the gutters didn't suffer from ice damage in the least and I feel confident this will last at least 15 years barring extremes of our nasty winter weather! This was the second time we hired Mikes. They had done our previous home in Hamburg and did great work there. This company represents exactly what I wish we could expect of all home contracting services: responsiveness, convenience,excellent execution and quality work, good prices, friendly personable service: Great Professionalism ! A#1!"
