"It was a pleasure working with Superior Home Renovations LLC, both in communicating with Drew Glosser and in seeing the job completed so quickly and successfully. The job was quite small: replacing several shingles on the roof of our church building that got blown off just recently. In the past, we have had a difficult time finding someone who was willing to do such work with no delay. And our property was cleared of all job-related debris. Without doubt, we will be sure to keep Superior Home Renovations at the top of our list for future work."

"7-6-2017 - Jon and his crew of 3 arrived at our house at 8:20 AM, and worked non-stop until 11:30 AM trimming and pruning 39 years of growth on the 2 maples in our front yard. They did a great job from ensuring that their truck didn't mash our lawn (using large sections of ply wood under its wheels). They were very meticulous with what they were doing, and did a fine job from start to spotless clean up before they left. Cindy and I are very pleased with their work, and would recommend their services to all who can use their expertise. The price was fair, personalities very friendly, and were eager to do a great job."

"Josh and his team were awesome!! The customer service could not have been better. They had to take some walls out and clean and sanitized mold issues throughout the whole house. Because if Josh and his teams work we were able to save very expensive wood ceilings and light fan fixtures. Lifetime warranty with excellent service, would not blink an eye to choose them again. Thanks Josh and thanks to your team ..super job. "

"My husband and I are so happy with our experience with E-DOT! Our puppy (an energetic rescue) loved it too and made significant strides in his training with her guidance and expertise. Erin is patient, kind, and attentive to the unique needs of each dog and owner. We are excited to signup for the level two class next!"

"We recently had to move our business. It was a traumatic experience. But RJM made it all better. Robert's personal attention to detail made us feel confident that all would go well and it did. Buck and his crew were hard workers and took great care in making sure everything arrived intact. Would recommend this company to anyone needing moving service."

"Best home inspector. I would never purchase a home without having Steve inspect it first. With a father that has worked in the commercial construction business for over 50 years and is hard to please, even he wouldn’t buy a home without Steve looking at it first. Very thorough and checks everything in the house. His reports are detailed, easy to understand and he gets them to you quickly. He will give you a verbal report of the findings prior to leaving if you are at the house. He’s so wonderful that the realtor from the home I purchased asked for his information so she can give his name to her clients. "

"I am not sure exactly where to begin this entry but In March 2016, my 88 year father was hospitalized. Then in April just 2 weeks later my 81 year mother too was hospitalized. At that timeI had been their caregiver for more than 8 years and we were holding onto any normalcy we could. My job was stressful and constantly challenging. My role as their caregiver began when in the summer of 2010 when my father was diagnosed with Alzheimers and my mother fell and was required to be bed bound for the next 6 months. My family was in uncharted territory and we set out to try and keep them together and out of nursing home care as long as possible. When I saw that the Medicaid Recoveries website had a place for testimonials, I felt moved to share my relationship with them. Both of my parents, Richard and Barbara Peres were upstanding citizens in Utica NY where they lived for almost 60 years. They were very giving people and helped so many underprivileged children for years. They moved to Rochester in 2009. For nearly 8 years we kept them together working with their assets and the VA. By the time of their hospitalization, we were emotionally spent and consumed most of their assets. After 3 weeks of hospitalization, my dad was placed at Woodside Manor of the Hurlbut Nursing Homes which began my introduction to the caring, passionate and empathetic staff at Medicaid Recoveries. I was stressed and concerned about what lay ahead. No one had prepared me for this role or the process. One day Barb and Dick with living in an assisted living environment with services. We we were able to pay their bills and the next day they were both in different facilities and had no assets to take them forward. As I recall back to the summer of transition (hell), Barb Marr my case manager was comforting and reassuring. We worked very closely for what seemed forever to work through the process of getting both of my parents their long term Medicaid coverage. For those of you who do not know, it is complicated process and requires what will seem like thousands of documents. Some of them will date as far back as 5 years from the application. When overwhelmed and at a place of real loss, Barb continually coached me through the somewhat long and document heavy requirements of the application process. After many months of providing "yet one more document", both Barb and Dick received their coverages. There are not enough kind words to share my family's great appreciation for Medicaid Recoveries assistance and contributions. Nursing homes are not the place people wake up one morning to seek out. It seems though, as we age many of us get there. The process of being admitted to this world is complicated, stressful, and challenging. I did not think i could handle one more moment of the journey but the frequent email exchanges, meetings, and phone calls with Barb contributed greatly to me "dealing" with what i thought I could not. She was re-assuring honest, knowledgeable and really understood the application process. For the un-initiated, its a terrifying and scary place. Thank you Medicaid Recoveries and Barb Marr for your assistance and professional services when we were lost. Your expertise made getting the care my parents required at the end of their life possible. When there was no hope, you gave us hope that contributed to greatly to creating an inner peace during a very bumpy ride. Michael Peres"
