"I saw William Jennings and his team working at a neighborhood home and I asked if they would come and look at a tree on our property. William was very cordial and willing to come after he completed the job. He gave me an estimate and I was able to schedule with him for the following week. I was most impressed that William showed up when he said he would and he and his team did a great job on pruning the tree and the clean up was impeccable. While there I inquired about another tree that was simply too big for the location and I agreed it had to go and his team took care of it while on site. "We had a very large maple tree develop a crack in its base and called Finger Lakes Forest Management to assess the tree's health and integrity (as we were concerned that the tree was tall enough to land on our house if it fell) and received a prompt response and scheduled an estimate for later that same day. Unfortunately we encountered some wind a few hours before our scheduled estimate and the tree split in half, with the left side falling onto our neighbors yard, while the right side remained standing. We called William and he came right away to make sure our family was safe from the side of the tree still standing. William's crew arrived the next morning and got to work removing the standing tree and cleaning up the other side of the tree that now occupied our neighbor's lawn. His crew was professional, polite, fast and efficient. There was no damage left behind to our lawns from the machinery and all the remains of the tree were cleared away. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Highly satisfied and will use again for future tree needs. Thank you William and crew!!"

"For critical, difficult and dangerous tree removal, these guys are as good as it gets. Our pre-Civil War farmhouse had a big, beautiful 200-year old maple tree growing 10 feet from the front porch and 8 feet back from the road edge. Some limbs died off one at a time over our 40+year tenure here, but when it finally passed into that big green forest in the sky, I needed to have it dealt with, and wondered if there was anyone in the area competent enough to do so. First I bounced off of one guy who was not even close; then I called these people. William Jennings came by directly for the estimate, and given the job requirement, it was reasonable, and my research showed that his educational credentials in the field were impressive. They showed up on time with top shelf equipment and an experienced professional crew. The tree was taken apart from the top down in pieces while through road traffic was routed safely by. Not a single twig hit the front porch or any part of the aging hacienda. They dropped the large remaining 52-inch diameter trunk section perfectly – threading the needle between the house, the mailbox, the electric supply line in, and the street, which was a very narrow window. It was done with surgical precision. Then they worked with me by cutting all the appropriate limb and trunk pieces to my length specs for my own use as firewood, and even helped load this heavy stuff onto my conveyance to get it moved, freeing up frontal access to the house. This latter service was not part of their contract, but they offered it cheerfully on a very hot summer day. For any sort of tree issue, I’ll never call anyone else. ~S.H.Steward "

Several companies in town did not even want to cut two of my trees down as they were way too large and too close to my home. Will's has extensive knowledge of trees and how much to trim. He has the right equipment and his work is professional and safe. His crew does all the clean up and they can be trusted to give you a fair price. Highly recommend!"
