"Weekday early morning, kids running to catch the bus, husband in shower and of course Mom didn't get a shower yet and no power, breaker kept popping outside! 7am, thought I would leave a message and thinking of a place I could go and shower before work....no need, met by a helpful voice on the other line, within 10min our heroes to the rescue, thinking we needed a new breaker box, but was advised may just need a cleaning.
