"My Mother complimented your repair shop stating that she had been coming to only you for her automotive repair for quite some time. I am visiting my home town which I left back in 1977. So I didn’t know where to go, having problems with a dealership in my current location. I called your shop and I can’t remember the young lady’s name but when I first called and explained the current symptoms. She happily listened to my explanation and told me what it may be so I asked her what a price might be if it was what she had thought that the problem might be, which I agreed with her. She called me back with an approximate price plus diagnostic time. I asked for an appointment to get a diagnostic done and she gave me one 2 weeks, which was their earliest available time, from my calling. She happily set me up. I received a call from her a bit later and she stated that the problems that I was having kind of didn’t sound right so she did a bit of looking on a “How To” site on line. She found a incident on line that kind of matched the symptoms that my vehicle was having,plus a possible fix. I did what she had stated to do. It WORKED!! If they could do this for me, I would rely on this repair shop for any and ALL of my possible repair needs. It’s no wonder why my Mother recommends this location for any of her automotive repairs.
