As it turned out there was significant poor quality underlying work performed by the original builder discovered as the project progressed. Ron and his team stuck with it and along the way demonstrated integrity and professionalism even as they had to break some very bad news. As anyone knows who has worked with a remodeler, there will always be unexpected challenges. The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated. In the end the project was executed well and we are happy we made the decision to do business with his company. Highly recommended! "

We just gave him the key to the house, and he took care of absolutely everything with impeccable skill, in a timely fashion, and for a reasonable price, from the replacement of the roof to the remodeling of the kitchen to the new floor. Whether big projects or tiny details, he handled everything to our complete satisfaction, keeping us updated, sending us photos and regular progress reports to our main residence in NC, dealing with other contractors and suppliers, and so forth. He was patient, inventive, punctual, supremely competent, and honest. We felt, from the very beginning, that we could trust him as a professional and human being.
