Ella studied at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Maryville University, in Town and Country, Missouri, and she holds three Master of Science in nursing degrees, including an MSN in nursing education. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Ella believes that her patients are the experts concerning their own lives, building a collaborative partnership with each one to help them select the best available treatment based on their unique needs and goals.
