Rachael Shuford, your Pilates Apostle, is a Scottsdale-based Romana's Pilates certified instructor with over ten years of experience. Rachael graduated from Romana's Pilates with top marks under 1st generation Grand Master Sari Mejia-Santo and 2nd generation Master Roxane Richards-Huang. It is now the world's oldest, most authentic, and most prestigious Pilates training program. Romana's Pilates is known for producing the world's finest and most sought after, Pilates instructors. We are not fly-by-night fusion-oriented-fitness-folk on Instagram. There are many of those. We are highly trained, skilled technicians with true expertise in this systematic discipline, and we produce the results real Pilates is known for.
