El Cajon Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is an outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility located in El Cajon, California. Adults age 18 and older in the El Cajon area can receive care for opioid use disorder, which may involve an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or other opioids.
Adults who choose to receive MAT at El Cajon CTC can receive a prescription for buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, or Suboxone to help manage opioid withdrawal symptoms. Along with medication, therapy is an important part of MAT. This can take place in the form of individual and group sessions, giving adults the skills and resources they need to enter lasting recovery.
