"I am impressed with Alan who works at Elite RV. He was a life saver when my husband and I had a tire shear off our right hand side of our travel trailer on our way home Sunday. We slowly rolled off the highway to a safe spot in Kingsburg on the brake drum. We called CHP they couldn't help us. They advised us to call 911. We did. They couldn't help either. We were desperate. Tow-ers couldn't help either. Alan stopped by to offer help. He was on his way home. It was getting dark, but he offered support and drove to get us lug bolts so we could replace our lost tire. It was our only hope to get our trailer home. It looked like rain but with the bolts my 71 year old husband was able to tap out the broken lugs from the brake drum and replace them so we could put on the spare tire and head home. Not only that, but the owner, Justin, personally fixed the side mirror FREE OF CHARGE. It is not often you find an automotive business this personable and selfless, and I am incredibly grateful for Elite RV’s assistance. "During my recent motorhome trip I had a rear driver's side blowout which took out my plumbing fixtures. Since it happened as I arrived in AZ where I stayed for the next 5 days with family,I didn't notice it until two days after I left. I stopped on day two in Tulare, CA and that evening when I began my hookup noticed there was no plumbing fixture to which I could attach my hose! The tire blowout had also taken out the plumbing. The next morning I began a series of 5 or 6 phone calls to local Tulare RV repair companies, all of whom reported essentially the same message; "We are booking now into May. Sorry." Moving on, I started calls to RV repair companies in Fresno with much the same result until the last call referred me to Elite RV stating, "They are a very small company and maybe they can fit you in." I called Elite RV and was kindly greeted by Brian who invited me to stop by so he could assess my situation. One and a half hours later I arrived and was guided into the shop by Martin who acted as a quasi RV traffic controller, staying on the phone with me until I safely parked inside the compound. Martin took me to Brian who immediately came out, assessed the damage and announced, "That's not a problem. It's just the plumbing that needs to be replaced. I thought it would be a lot worse! We'll have you out of here in a couple of hours. While waiting I met Justin, the owner. I congratulated him on the amazing personnel he had working with him. It was then he revealed that his company will always try to keep travelers on the road because he knows they can't wait around for a week to be scheduled into the service rotation. We had a very pleasant chat about his customer service philosophy and I was able to witness a couple of his regular customers receive that same superb customer care consideration. He and his crew run an amazing operation with customer care and quality service competing for top billing. If ever you are in the Fresno area in your RV and need assistance, do not hesitate to call on this truly great group for help. I assure you they will not disappoint. Hats off to Brian, Martin and Justin for being there when I needed them!"
