They wish to combine a professional and honest business practice with a superior culinary experience. Their company will take this excellence to potential clients who want their dining experience to be fun, new, exciting, and something to brag about. Drew's team has no dead weight. His solid staff consists mainly of manager/chefs ready to go to work whenever and wherever they are needed.
Still Waters Foodservice, Inc. is positioned, poised and eager to expand their food service management expertise to local and national hospitals, schools, colleges, universities, and corporate dining facilities.
Executive Chef Drew has worked for some very fine hotels and restaurants across the country where he has developed international culinary experience. Through the years he has created an unmatched cultural menu plan of well over 600 special entrees which will be implemented at every site.
In 1994 Chef Drew made the switch to quantitative methods where he worked for such food services as Gardner Merchant, Sodhexo, Guekenhiemer, C.M. Conference Center, and Take a Break Service. He has worked in the capacity of Executive Chef, Director of Foodservice, Regional Manager, and now CEO of his own food service.
In 2008 Drew purchased the Foodservice Management Department from Take a Break Service. His home base is in Lancaster, CA. where he has been positioned at the Rite Aid Distribution Center since 2000. At this facility they serve about a thousand associates everyday. Chef Drew has also developed a very successful catering department from this same site. Their clients are very happy with what they have done in Southern California.

"Chef Drew catered our 275 person wedding last weekend in Tehachapi and did not disappoint. We could not have asked for better food and better service at our wedding and Chef Drew and his team were more than attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests. Onto the food! We got married at a working cattle ranch so we wanted traditional BBQ fare for the food. Also we wanted hearty food to keep the guests going after a long day of pre partying and celebrating. Chef Drew had appetizers during the cocktail hour which included fruit and veggies along with what my friends have referred to as his "Famous Sliders" They were delicious and were the perfect finger food for the cocktail hour. We also had mini corndogs that disappeared immediately anytime a server came around with them. For the wedding dinner with so many guests we opted for a Buffet which along with the appetizer station Chef Drew manned himself. The main options were his Angus Beef Hickory Smoked Tri Tip (complete with an amazing BBQ sauce) and his BBQ Chicken. There was no wrong choice between the two entree items but the Tri Tip was the real highlight for me. For the sides we had an outstanding caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet corn, BBQ baked beans and dinner rolls. All of the sides were amazing and several of my groomsmen and my father picked out the ceasar salad for being especially good to boot. You know the food is good when even the ceasar salad is getting a shout out. My vote went to the baked beans for best side but my wife thinks the sweet corn was the best side. Apparently a lot of brides and grooms don't eat at their own weddings because they are so busy with everything, that was not the case with us. After doing the tasting with Chef Drew months before we made pact that we were actually going to eat at our own wedding and eat we did! I can't recommend the food and service more if you need an event catered. If yelp had more stars I would give them. Truly outstanding! Thanks to Chef Drew and his team for making the food a tour wedding awesome!"
