Arc & Usa's experienced technicians are highly-trained and also are the most professional servicemen available in your area. With our radio-dispatched trucks, we are able to provide most efficient service possible. When you need us, we'll be there at your door.

We usually offer two-hour response times during our regular business hours, seven days a week. We fully warranty our labor and parts with a free service call if we do the job. Full written estimates are provided before the service is performed. Arc & Usa's family will service your family for any of your appliance needs.

Arc & Usa provides services on all domestic and European brands of appliances. These include residential and commercial refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, hoods, stoves, ranges, ovens, central heaters and air conditioners, garbage disposals, trash compactors, and ice makers.

Our service fee is free of charge, if authorized work is completed, otherwise it will apply towards the repair of your appliance.

Arc & Usa has been in business since 1964, serving the Greater Los Angeles County. We are insured by liability and workers' compensation. Each of our service technicians is individually trained to provide our customers with the best quality work. All of them carry 99% of brand name parts on their trucks, so that most of the jobs can be done on the clients' premises.

All of our work is guaranteed. In terms of payment, we accept all major credit cars, Atm/Check cards, personal checks, and cash. Finally, our company doesn't charge extra for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
