We had a ton of stuff to move and there was no way we were going to be able to do it alone. James, Jacob, and George are friendly, fast, efficient, and hard working. They were non-stop the whole time they were assisting us. They asked us what was fragile, taped up loose boxes, wrapped furniture in furni-blankets, asked us where we wanted things, and helped rearrange the furniture once we were moved in. I would recommend Burger Brothers Moving and Storage to anyone who has moving needs."

While this is my first time hiring movers, I definitely hear horror stories from clients in regards to other moving companies. I am a real estate broker, so I hear a lot of stories about people moving. Anyway, the crew was on time. They checked in with me beforehand to see if they should bring any spare boxes. The move was swift and no items were damaged. Gas and water lines were all taken care of. A true respect for the house and all personal property was shown. One note: I can definitely say I totally underestimated the amount of time it would take to move. We were moving from a small three-bedroom, two-bath house. We didn't have any specialty furniture like pianos or safes. We were only moving about 1 mile and the day took about 8 1/2 hours. I also had my house pretty well boxed up and organized. I mention this just so any reader can plan ahead: you will likely need more time than you anticipate. Burger Brothers Moving is fortunately very efficient. I could imagine another moving company would have taken much longer. If the crew is reading this: you guys rock! Thank you! Mr. Burger: you are great as well!"

"My 85 year old mom and her 90 year old husband planned to move locally within Ventura. They were referred to Burger Brothers and made all the arrangements themselves. I showed up on the day of the move because I was concerned and wanted to make sure it was a good experience for my mom and stepdad. Jim and his crew of two showed up and did a fantastic job. All three of them were nice, considerate and pleasant. They worked hard, packed everything securely. They treated my Mom and her husband with dignity and respect. When moving the furniture into the new location they took the time to ask where each piece of furniture should go and moved it into position. Sometimes moving it two or three times as my mom changed her mind. I have used movers a few times and this was by far the best experience I have ever had."

Dan and his helper Josh showed up on time, packed and wrapped everything professionally, and loaded the truck efficiently. When they arrived at my home, they unloaded the truck quickly. They placed the furniture where it needed to go, they even hung clothing in the closet and put the lamp shades on for me. They were friendly and polite too. I can't say enough good things about Burger Brothers. Easiest and most stress free move ever! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"Burger Brothers is one of the best moving companies I've ever dealt with. I chose them over a company I'd used before that gave me a lower quote. However, I decided to go with Burger Brothers because I did not find a single negative rating either on the Internet, Better Business Bureau or through the Department of Transportation and they were a local company. I moved from Ventura to Simi Valley. They were friendly, fast and efficient, but most important of all, they were also very careful. I was surprised at how quickly Danny and George completed the move. They were so good they were about an hour faster than the three men of another company I hired for my move to Ventura two years ago. Burger Brothers loaned me the garment boxes I needed, plastic wrapped anything with movable parts or drawers and put everything back together when they delivered it."
