Dr. James Whidden is a Colorado board certified chiropractor. He combines traditional chiropractic care, Active Release Technique, physical therapy and rehabilitation. He specializes in Active Release Technique, a soft tissue management system that treats problems occurring in muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
