About CAC Stingrays Swim Team

Year-round USA Swimming competitive swim team open to ages 6 to 18 of various skill levels and abilities (minimum swim ability req. for the team.) Lessons avail. for beginners & clinics for advanced @ indoor & outdoor pools @ CAC Inverness Athletic Club near I-25 and E-470. Most current practice schedules & changes are updated via social media (Google Profile or Calendar, FB, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, LinkedIn). Generally, M-F: Session A 4-4:30PM dryland/stretch; 4:30-6PM swim; Session A/B 6-6:30PM dryland/stretch; Session B 6:30-8PM swim; Sat: Sessions A&B 9:30-10AM dryland/stretch; 10-12pm swim. Club membership is affordable, giving parents & families a great way to work out while being able to see / be with your child. Swim coaches highly experienced, certified by USA Swimming, Safe Sport (anti-bullying), CPR, First Aid, & Water Rescue.
