"In the past, I have lived in neighborhoods with particular Home Owners’ Associations that required roof washing. From this, I knew that this service greatly extended the life expectancy on my roof. From this previous experience, I wanted to have the technique performed again on my current home. H2O Pros were recommended by a neighbor and I found their work to be exceptional! Not only did they use their soft washing technique make my roof look brand new, they cleaned gutter and basically “bathed” the entire house. In addition, I had just redecorated my entire outdoor lanai and was concerned that my new furniture and outdoor curtains be cared for, which I shared with owner Kevin. It was a mere mention that he took very seriously. He actually took the time and effort to remove the hardware and curtains, rather than “work around” them and then reinstalled everything before he left. Everything H2O-Pros could do to go above and beyond the call of duty they did. Since my service I also had my drive way pressure washed. Once again, it happened immediately and the work was executed at an excellent level. I would use no one else other than H2O-Pros. "
