About Three Rivers Health Homecare and Hospice

Our homecare services help recovering, disabled or chronically ill individuals stay in their home environment. These people don't require all of the support found in a hospital or a nursing home, but they typically need medical treatment or assistance with daily living activities. Hospice is for a person whose disease cannot be cured. We provide services to patients with a terminal illness and a life expectancy of six months or less. Hospice emphasizes pain management, symptom control, emotional support, and enhancing the quality of life. Using a family-centered approach, we provide assistance and support to help patients and families remain together in the home with peace and comfort.
