About Debra Schilling Smith; Matchmaker Covering the OzarksSM

Personalized and customized is Debra Schilling Smith's philosophy when it comes to her customers and real estate company she represents. Debra is a full-service Real Estate Professional located in the REAL OZARKS and licensed in the states of Arkansas and Missouri.

In 2016, Debra, an Illinois native and New Orleans transplant, purchased her family home overlooking beautiful Bull Shoals Lake. Even though she's a newcomer to the Bull Shoals Lake Corridor, she has a 40-year relationship with this area with family ties. Debra's father, Thomas F. Schilling, was a real estate agent in this area in the 1987-2002.

The next time you visit the Ralph Foster Museum at the College of the Ozarks in Hollister, Missouri, be sure to look for an exhibit on the second floor featuring her grandfather's Winchester Rifle!

Debra offers competent, reliable, comprehensive service for real estate. She possesses a passion for people to fulfill their real estate needs, with an emphasis on the REAL OZARK counties of Ozark & Taney (MO) and Marion, Baxter & Boone (AR). October 2019, Debra received the SRES Designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and has received additional education and better equipped to help buyers or sellers in the 55+ age bracket. In December 2019 Debra achieved the prestigious honor of a LandPro designation from REALTREE United Country Hunting Properties. Debra is also currently enrolled in C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) sponsored by Missouri/National Board of REALTORS.

Specialties include 50 + market, first time home buyers, residential, Lake or Vacation Homes, Upscale Residential, Cabin, hunting or recreational properties, farms.

Debra is married to her best friend, Gary Smith. They are the proud parents of two Doxies, Fritz & Chloe as well as their adult children. She is active in her local church, Ozark County Chamber of Commerce Board Member and Theodosia Area Wide Chamber of Commerce. She is also a lifetime member of Worldwide Association of Female Professionals and member of Women's Council of REALTORS. She has extensive volunteer experience with the Stepfamily Association and Land Trust for Louisiana. She currently is a member of Ozark County Historical Society, White River Historical Society, Ozark Regional Land Trust and Ozark Heritage Garden Club. Debra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, canoeing, traveling, eating out, helping others, and a host of other activities.
