Kimberly Marland graduated from Virginia Tech in 1993, earned initial licensure in Utah in 1996, and licensure in North Carolina in 2001 after moving to Boone. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008. Since starting Marland Architecture in 2002, Kimberly has worked on over 150 projects including new houses, additions and renovations.
