Kourtney Borchers, Esq. is an attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson Law School and receiving her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Borchers had the opportunity to begin working full-time as a family law attorney where she has spent her entire career working diligently to advocate for her divorce and family law clients.

Making a difference in the lives of her clients' was why Ms. Borchers went to law school. As families are the cornerstone of society, helping her clients deal with their divorce and family law issues in the best way possible was the perfect opportunity for Ms. Borchers to make that difference. She accomplished this by using creative legal strategies to solve and address all of her clients concerns. This has helped improve her clients lives post their divorce and family law matter as well as the lives of their children.

Whether Ms. Borchers is handling a litigated complex family law dispute, or a settlement agreement for the distribution of assets in a divorce case, Ms. Borchers always provides attentive service, compassion for her clients, and thorough knowledge of the law. She puts her client's needs first which sometimes requires her to use her extensive litigation, trial and negotiation experience enables her to zealously fight for her clients rights. Her goal is to provide families with the tools necessary to begin their new lives, separate and apart, after a relationship dissolves so that they can productively and effectively move forward.
