We service residential and commercial properties in Apalachin, New York and the surrounding area - specializing in larger properties and estates.

SERVICES
LAWN CARE AND MAINTENANCE: Provided on a weekly basis taking into consideration environmental factors such as too much or too little precipitation. We are not going to 'cut' a dormant lawn in mid-summer due to drought stress.

FERTILIZATION: We use only the best formulations and each property has a specific program based on its needs determined by a soil test. We are fully licensed

MULCHING: Performed in the Spring, the use of mulch helps alleviate drying of soils and suppresses weed growth to an extent. Applied at the proper depth mulch is cosmetically appealing, done incorrectly, it can harm your plants.

AERATION/OVERSEEDING: Performed in the Fall to give juvenile seedlings a chance to mature before being thrown into the kiln we call the Transition Zone. Aeration by itself will greatly reduce compaction and allow essential nutrients to enter the root zone promoting healthier turf. We prefer to take advantage of the opening of the soil and add more turf seed to promote density to the turfgrass stand which will in turn starve out weeds.

PLANTING: Although we are not a large scale landscape installer, we can accommodate small scale landscape installations.

PRUNING: All landscape plantings are properly pruned. No more shearing of roses or buddleias. If you want the proper pruning techniques performed for each specimen, we have the knowledge. Just take a look at some improperly pruned roses compare to ours. You will see larger flowers on roses and healthier plants in general.

SPRING/FALL CLEANUPS: Removal of all leaves, branches and other debris that have accumulated around your property and landscape beds and haul away.
