Pete Roetzer Concrete has been servicing WNY since 1999. We specialize in Exposed Aggregate & Stenciled concrete finishes. Pete Roetzer has over 30 years of masonry experience. From pool decks to garage slabs from stairs to complete patios we have the experience and capability to handle a wide variety of concrete projects. Our services include resurfacing floors, decks & patios, stamped concrete steps and walkways, garage pads, pool deck and a wide variety of other services. We also offer mini excavation services. Pete Roetzer Concrete has a wide variety of equipment to get the job done. We have skid steers, dump trucks, and excavators to assist in that new project.

The final project looks amazing. I get so many compliments and requests for the contractor's name. As a single Mom, I waited 33 years to finally have this work done. My expectations were very high and they surpassed them. They treated me and my property with the utmost respect. They did more work then I expected them to do. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to them for providing such a satisfying experience as well as added property value. To support my claims, I must share these true stories: When I was attempting to enter my house after the old cement was removed and before the new concrete was poured, one of the crew came up to me and offered his arm as support as I walked across the gravel so that I would not stumble. Where do you find that kind of integrity anymore?.... Pete Roetzer's Crew! I can not end this review without mentioning John Sharlock, the company Foreman. This likable man was down to earth and honest from the start. He never put pressure on me to make a sale. He promptly returned all my texts and phone calls and answered my many questions. His professionalism and trustworthiness gave me the confidence to move forward with the contract. I am so happy that I did. Initially, when he was taking measurements he spotted some old handprints that my now adult children had left in old cement. He asked me if I wanted that saved. "Sure", I responded. They took the time to carefully cut those handprints into a neat block to be preserved forever. That was his idea, not mine. I later found out that the block of cement with those handprints had been tossed by someone who didn't know that they were supposed to be saved. They actually dumped the entire truckload of old broken up cement to retrieve it. That block of handprints is even more precious to me now. They by far-exceeded any customer service than I ever previously experienced. Respect and commitment to excellent customer service are what you will find with Pete Roetzer's Concrete Company. I wholeheartedly recommend them."
