"While we were completely halted in an unknown place, our car just not functioning at all and us stranded, Claude was our only hope. And he did an amazing job at it. He was very kind, a good driver and machinist and did everything right. We had a larger car, but Claude still took on the job like a tiger attacking it's prey. He was working since 3:00 in the morning, but that didn't stop him from helping us at midnight the next day. Plus, he arrived earlier than planned. If not for him, we would have just had another tow truck, but it would have been someone meaner/grumpier I'm sure, or at least absent of Claude's spirit. And he also was willing to take us 45 miles away, so thanks for adapting! Thank you, CRS!"
