We received text messages before each trip, reminding us of our pick-up times and who our driver would be. We were fortunate enough to have the same driver for the weekend which was a bonus. "I can't believe I didn't write this review earlier because NM Private Car Services is AMAZING! Our first time using Neil involved multiple pick ups going to O'Hare for a family trip and the same multiple drop offs after our trip. Not only was the driver early going to the airport, we had detailed communication with him. At our arrival there was already a message from our driver telling us he was at O'Hare tracking our flight and ready to pick up. Since that trip, I have used Neil multiple times. The service is what you expect from a car service and more! Setting up the rides was never a hassle and there was always the piece of mind knowing that my transportation was taken care of no matter what. Neil and his team are professional, courteous, and exceeds my expectations! I made the mistake of forgetting to arrange transportation home from O'Hare and had no choice but to use a ride share - never again! Lesson learned - Nothing compares to the top notch service from Neil! "
