We are a staff of highly qualified and specialized retired police detectives and federal special agents that provide an unusually high experience level in both the digital forensics science as well as criminal defense - crime scene investigators. Our digital extraction - forensic examinations have been introduced as evidence in both District and Federal courtrooms. Our main office is centrally located within Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, and the DFW areas of response. We are a Top Digital Forensics Service LLC providing laboratory level digital forensics digital extractions and analysis. As retired State and Federal criminal investigation (CID) and crime scene investigators, we understand evidence collection, presentation, and law, and how to present evidence for those wrongfully accused of a crime they did not commit. Our services are criminal digital forensic examination & criminal defense investigation. We provide support throughout DFW to include all areas of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Denton. The President, James W. Bogers, M.Ed., THE Bogers Group LLC, is the founder and former Executive Chairman of MJB Group LLC. His distinguished service of law enforcement (police trained and experienced), education (5,000 accumulative in-house police training, and, Masters in Education), and criminal investigation experiences expand over 45 years. During his early military career, MR. Bogers was selected as an elite Special Forces Green Beret and served one and a half tours of duty in Vietnam. He was then appointed by USACIDC (Army CID) as a federal commissioned Special Agent, working special assignments as an undercover narcotics agent, operating throughout Europe Middle East, and Korea. Upon completion of a nine-year DEA Narcotics Task Force assignment, James was assigned as the CID Counter-Terrorism Coordinator for all Europe working closely with DIA and CIA. He assisted in the personal protection of the Secretary of Defense, Harold Brown, and The Honorable Casper Weinberger.
