Ron and his team stuck with it and along the way demonstrated integrity and professionalism even as they had to break some very bad news. As anyone knows who has worked with a remodeler, there will always be unexpected challenges. The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated.
