About Dynamic Therapies: Sasha Mizrahi, PsyD

Sasha Mizrahi, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist offering customized therapy solutions for a diverse patient base in the Burlington, Vermont, area. In her work at Dynamic Therapies, Dr. Mizrahi helps patients struggling with anxiety, depression, narcissism, exhaustion, relationship problems, PTSD, life transitions, and all other types of psychological concerns and conditions. She welcomes and supports patients from all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or belief system. Dynamic Therapies prides itself on being an ally to the LGBTQ community.
Dr. Mizrahi earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she graduated summa cum laude. She earned her masters and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degrees in clinical psychology at the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of Denver in Colorado.
To offer her patients the very best, Dr. Mizrahi regularly undergoes additional advanced psychology training and education. She's always up-to-date with the latest research and advances in the field of psychology so she can better serve her patients.
Dr. Mizrahi's patient-centered approach emphasizes personalized solutions and structured approaches so patients can solve specific problems and address individual concerns while achieving self-improvement. She's well-known for her warm and supportive manner, for always being on time, and for her flexibility in helping patients get the amount and type of care they need.

Dr. Mizrahi is a pet lover who enjoys spending time with her two cats and two dogs. She also loves creating art, reading, yoga, horseback riding, Pink Floyd, and taking in the amazing natural beauty of Vermont during day hikes.
Dr. Mizrahi currently welcomes new patients at the Dynamic Therapies office in Burlington, Vermont.
