"These folks really work with you! What impresses me most is their support after the sale. Any issue I have ever had they have gone above and beyond to help out, including something that was out of warranty. These folks are a genuine pleasure to deal with and stand behind the products they sell. I have shopped there for more than a decade and have yet to be disappointed. Tony, Andy and the staff are attentive to the needs of the customer and you never feel rushed. You may have to wait to speak to someone, but that is because they are thorough and you will appreciate that when it is your turn. The delivery guys are friendly and competent. They even help by moving the old stuff to the garage! I mean seriously folks....this is how a business should operate. Customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!!!!! "
