"We had a simple deck and screened porch refresh done with composite decking. As it turned out there was significant poor quality underlying work performed by the original builder discovered as the project progressed. Ron and his team stuck with it and along the way demonstrated integrity and professionalism even as they had to break some very bad news. As anyone knows who has worked with a remodeler, there will always be unexpected challenges. The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated. In the end the project was executed well and we are happy we made the decision to do business with his company. Highly recommended! "
